Rental Cottages

Our rental cottages are small secure homes each with a lounge, kitchenette, bedroom and bathroom.  House maintenance and lawn mowing is taken care of and a daily meal is included in the rental fee.

Services and activities provided on site include a small shop, hair salon, doctor, chapel, podiatry, physiotherapy, exercise classes, bowls and petanque.*

A bus stop nearby provides easy access to local shopping centres.  A mobile security patrol visiting twice nightly and call bells to summon assistance if an emergency arises give residents peace of mind.

Enjoy our Village environment where new friendships are made and life is enjoyed.

There are 13 single person rental cottages.  They have a single bedroom with an ensuite shower and toilet, and an open-plan dining room and living room.  There is a small kitchen area.  St Andrew's Village supplies a stove and a fridge.  There is a communal laundry area with a washing machine and drier.  The rental for the cottages is $331.50 per week which includes one cooked meal each day, available in our communal dining room.

Please contact us if you wish to be placed on our waiting list.  We keep a short list for those people who are interested in the near future and wish to be contacted if a cottage becomes available.
